毫针结合电针治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察毫针结合电针治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效,为今后临床治疗中风后抑郁提供更多的选择。方法:将满足研究条件的60例中风后抑郁的患者随机分为针刺1组、针刺2组及药物组,每组各20例。针刺1组、针刺2组选用不同的穴位予以普通针刺结合电针治疗。每日治疗1次,连续治疗7日为一个疗程,间隔疗程之间休息1天,连续观察两个疗程。药物组给予盐酸氟西汀口服治疗,每日20mg,每日1次,晨服,连续服用2周,观察三组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分、中医症候评分数值变化。结果:抑郁方面:三组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分组内比较均有统计学差异(均P0.05);组间比较:治疗后三组患者进行两两比较,均无统计学差异(均P0.05)。中医症候改善方面:三组患者的中医症候评分进行治疗前后的组内比较,均有统计学差异治疗(均P0.05);组间比较:针刺1组与针刺2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);针刺1组与药物组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);针刺2组与药物组无统计学意义(P0.05)结论:针刺1组、针刺2组及药物组对于中风后抑郁患者抑郁症状的改善疗效相当;针刺1组改善中医症候方面疗效优于针刺2组、药物组;针刺2组与药物组疗效相当。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture treatment of depression after stroke and provide more options for future clinical treatment of depression after stroke. Methods: 60 cases meet the conditions on the depression after stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture group 1, acupuncture 2 group and drug group, 20 cases in each group. The acupuncture group 1, acupuncture 2 groups of different points selected to be ordinary acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. Daily for 1 times, for 7 consecutive days as a course of treatment interval of 1 days of rest, continuous observation of two courses. Drugs were given oral fluoxetine hydrochloride treatment, daily 20mg, 1 times per day, morning, for 2 weeks, the Hamilton depression score in three groups before and after treatment were observed, TCM syndrome score value changes. Results: depression: three groups of patients before and after treatment of Hamilton depression score group were statistically significant (P0.05); group comparison: after treatment three groups of patients By 22, there was no significant difference (P0.05). TCM symptom improvement: the TCM symptoms of the three groups of patients were compared before and after treatment group, there were statistically significant differences between the treatment (P0.05); comparison between groups was statistically significant in 1 groups: Acupuncture and acupuncture on the difference between the 2 groups (P0.05); a significant differences between the 1 acupuncture group and drug group (P0.05); 2 acupuncture group and drug group had no statistical significance (P0.05) conclusions: 1 acupuncture group, acupuncture group and drug group for a 2 improvement in depressive symptoms in patients with depression after stroke; acupuncture 1 group to improve the TCM syndrome better than the acupuncture group 2, drug group; acupuncture group 2 and efficacy of the drug group.
