灵龟八法治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察灵龟八法治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供依据。方法:将确诊的60例脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者,按1:1的比例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。治疗组运用灵龟八法治疗,对照组常规针刺治疗。共治疗2个疗程,并记录下两组患者治疗前、1个疗程后、2个疗程后的中医症状积分的变化。最后采集的数据采用SPSS22.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果:治疗前两组病例的年龄、性别、病程、病情程度等一般资料无显著性差异(P0.05),具有可比性。治疗一个疗程后,治疗组治愈4例,显效16例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%;对照组治愈2例,显效10例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%,治疗组和对照组疗效比较有统计学意义(P0.05),同时根据治疗前,第一、二疗程的积分经统计分析,两组时间和处理方式有交互作用(F=7.106,P0.01),说明两组在不同时间点的症状积分变化趋势不尽相同,且均有下降的趋势。两组症状积分不同时间之间有非常显著的统计学差异(F=421.559,P0.001),治疗组、对照组均如此(分别为F=319.487,P0.001;F=146.076,P0.001)。治疗组治疗一个疗程后的症状积分较对照组低4.00分,表明灵龟八法在治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻在第1个疗程中疗效优于常规针刺,具体体现在腹泻、腹痛、便脓血症状积分治疗组低于对照组上。治疗到第二个疗程后,两组疗效比较,观察组治愈9例,显效15例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组治愈7例,显效9例,有效10例,无效4例,对照组的总有效率为86.67%。两组疗效经秩和检验Z=-1.538,P=0.124,P0.5。说明灵龟八法治疗和常规治疗在远期疗效中相差不明显。结论:1.灵龟八法和常规针刺治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻都有效果。2.灵龟八法治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻具有起效快的优势,尤其在改善腹泻、腹痛、便脓血、食少、神疲懒言和嗳气方面起效快。3、灵龟八法取穴少,疗效快,可选择为治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的一个好方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy in patients with spleen and stomach type diarrhea, provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: 60 cases of patients with diarrhea of spleen and stomach type, according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used Lingui eight law treatment, the control group routine the acupuncture treatment. After a course of treatment, 4 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.67%; control group 2 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33% The curative effect, the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant (P0.05), according to the score before treatment, first, second course of statistical analysis, two groups of time and treatment interaction (F=7.106, P0.01), indicating the change trend of the two integral group at different time point the symptoms are not the same, and there was a downward trend there were very significant differences between the two groups symptoms in different time (F=421.559, P0.001), treatment group, control group were so (respectively F=319.487, P0.001; F=146.076, P0.001). The treatment group after a course of treatment, the symptom score was lower than that in control group 4, showed that the eight methods of intelligent turtle in the treatment of spleen and stomach in the first type of diarrhea treatment efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture, embodied in abdominal pain, diarrhea, sepsis and symptom scores of the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: 1. eight methods of intelligent turtle and conventional acupuncture treatment of spleen and stomach type diarrhea is the effect of.2. eight methods of Intelligent Turtle therapy with rapid onset of the advantage of the weakness of the spleen and stomach type diarrhea, especially in the improvement of diarrhea, abdominal pain, and pus and blood, eat less, Shenpi lazy words and belching the benefits of fast.3. Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle acupoints, fast curative effect, can choose a good method for the treatment of spleen and stomach type diarrhea.
