复方隔药灸的现代临床应用分析

【摘要】：目的:对近30年组方符合君臣佐使的配伍原则,至少包含5味中药的复方隔药灸的临床应用文献进行分析,阐释其临床应用现状及优势,为临床诊治疾病提供思路。方法:检索国内中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库,国外Pubmed、Medline及EMBAS数据库1985年-2016年收录的关于复方隔药灸的临床研究文献,采用文献计量学分析方法对其穴位、复方药物使用情况,疾病谱分别进行统计分析。结果:根据检索到的复方隔药灸文献,经阅读摘要、关键词、全文,最终确定符合标准的临床文献共177篇,涉及病症61种,原发性痛经、腹痛、腹泻、肠易激综合征和溃疡性结肠炎是其治疗的优势病种;涉及穴位78个,神阙穴使用频次最多,其次为足三里、关元、中脘、气海、肾俞、天枢和脾俞穴,均在20次以上;复方药物组成以5味药、6味药居多,以肉桂、附子和当归作为君药,木香、丹参和红花作为臣药,乳香、没药和冰片作为佐药组成的复方较多。结论:复方隔药灸辨证选药,随证取穴,具有广泛的适应症,且疗效突出,这一绿色疗法正在日益受到人们的关注。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical application literature of compound medicated moxibustion containing at least 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the principle of compatibility of emperor and minister in the past 30 years, and to explain the present situation and advantages of its clinical application. Methods: to search the Chinese knowledge network, Wanfang database, Chongqing Weipu database and Chinese biomedical literature database, and foreign Pubmed. Medline and EMBAS database collected from 1985 to 2016 on the clinical study of compound medicine-separated moxibustion, the use of the method of bibliometric analysis of its acupoints and compound drugs. Results: according to the literature of compound medicine-separated moxibustion, 177 clinical literatures, 61 kinds of diseases, were determined by reading abstract, keywords and full text. Primary dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis are the dominant diseases in the treatment. Involving 78 points, Shenque point is the most frequently used, followed by Zusanli, Guanyuan, Zhongwan, Qihai, Shenshu, Tianshu and Pishu points, all of which are above 20 times. The composition of compound medicine is mainly composed of 5 kinds of medicine and 6 kinds of medicine, with cinnamon, aconite and angelica as monarch medicine, wood incense, salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower as minister medicine, frankincense. Myrrh and borneol as adjuvant composition of the compound. Conclusion: compound herbal moxibustion with syndrome selection, with the syndrome to take points, has a wide range of indications, and the curative effect is outstanding, this green therapy is getting more and more attention.
