中医药预防人工关节置换术后深静脉血栓的研究进展

【摘要】：深静脉血栓是由静脉内膜损伤、静脉血液瘀滞、血液高凝状态所致,不及时治疗可出现致命性肺栓塞,从而威胁生命。文章综述了深静脉血柱的中西医发病机制、中医药(中药单体、中药复方等)预防其作用机理的近期进展,研究表明中医药在预防下肢深静脉血栓方面有一定的作用疗效并有良好的协同作用,对于中西医结合预防深静脉血栓提供新思路和新方法。
[Abstract]:Deep venous thrombosis is caused by venous intima injury, venous blood stasis, blood hypercoagulability, without timely treatment can lead to fatal pulmonary embolism. This article summarized the pathogenesis of deep venous blood column in traditional Chinese and western medicine, and the recent progress of Chinese medicine (traditional Chinese medicine monomer, traditional Chinese medicine compound, etc.) in preventing its action mechanism. The study shows that Chinese medicine has a certain effect on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and has good synergistic effect, which provides a new way of thinking and new method for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine.
