【摘要】：目的:研究探讨山东中医药大学附属医院脑病科治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床用药规律,包括药性规律、常用药物、潜在药物组合及新药队等,以期为后循环缺血性眩晕的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。方法:本课题收集整理山东中医药大学附属医院脑病科治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的方剂,建立后循环缺血性眩晕方剂数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)(Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,TCMISS)进行分析,探讨眩晕药物配伍规律,为眩晕的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。结果:根据本课题的纳入与排除标准,共筛选出方剂226首,涉及中药245味。统计分析结果显示,在山东中医药大学附属医院脑病科治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的常用药物中,药性以寒、温为主;药味以甘、苦、辛三味最为常用;药物归经主要为肝经,其次为脾经、心经、肺经、胃经;药对以白术、茯苓和白术、天麻最为常见;得出6组治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的新药队。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical drug use of circulatory ischemic vertigo after treatment in the Department of Encephalopathy, affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine, including drug law, common medicine, potential drug combination and new drug team, etc. In order to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods: this subject collected and sorted out the prescription of treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the Department of Encephalopathy of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. To establish the database of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo prescription. Using the Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform Software V2.5 (. Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System. TCMISS was used to analyze the compatibility of vertigo drugs in order to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of vertigo. Results: 226 prescriptions were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of this subject. The results of statistical analysis showed that in the commonly used drugs of circulatory ischemic vertigo after treatment in the Department of Encephalopathy, affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine, the main drugs were cold and warm. Medicine taste to sweet, bitter, Xin three most commonly used; The main drugs were liver meridian followed by spleen meridian heart meridian lung meridian and stomach meridian. Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala, Gastrodia elata is the most common; Six groups of new drugs with circulatory ischemic vertigo after treatment were obtained.
