补肺养心汤治疗心肺气虚兼血瘀型冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中药补肺养心汤治疗心肺气虚兼血瘀型冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效,探讨中药能够改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状及生活质量。材料与方法:选入心肺气虚兼血瘀型冠心病心力衰竭患者60例,随机分成对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予以冠心病心力衰竭西医标准化治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药补肺养心汤。连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后的相关指标,包括心功能分级(NYHA)、血浆BNP浓度、左室射血分数值(LVEF)、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、中医症状积分及生活质量积分等,观察补肺养心汤的临床疗效。结果:1.两组患者治疗后心功能分级均有所改善,且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。2.两组患者治疗后血浆BNP浓度值均下降,且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。3.两组患者治疗后左室射血分数值(LVEF)均有所增加,但两组间比较,二者差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。4.两组患者治疗后6MWT距离均有所增加,且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。5.两组患者治疗后中医症状积分均有所降低(症状好转),且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。6.两组患者治疗后生活质量积分均有所降低,且治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:1.补肺养心汤能够改善冠心病心力衰竭(IHF)患者的心功能,提高6MWT距离,降低血浆BNP浓度。2.补肺养心汤能够改善IHF患者的临床症状,提高IHF患者的生活质量。补肺养心汤能够提高IHF患者的LVEF值水平,但与对照组比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bufei Yangxin decoction on heart and lung qi deficiency and blood stasis type coronary heart failure. To explore the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with heart failure improved by Chinese medicine. Materials and methods: 60 cases of coronary heart failure with heart and lung qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected. Control group and treatment group were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine standardized treatment of coronary heart failure, the treatment group on this basis plus Chinese medicine Bufei Yangxin decoction, continuous treatment for 3 months. The relative indexes before and after treatment were compared, including cardiac function grade, plasma BNP concentration, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6-minute walking test (6MWTT). TCM symptom score and quality of life integral to observe the clinical efficacy of Bufei Yangxin decoction. Results the two groups of patients after treatment improved cardiac function grading. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.01). The plasma BNP concentration in the two groups decreased after treatment. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05. 3). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of the two groups increased after treatment, but there was a comparison between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The distance of 6 MWT increased after treatment in both groups. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.01). The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased after treatment (the symptoms were improved). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05N. 6). The quality of life score of the two groups decreased after treatment. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: BFYXD can improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart failure and improve the distance of 6MWT. Reduce plasma BNP concentration .2.Bufei Yangxin decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of IHF patients, improve the quality of life of IHF patients. Bufei Yangxin decoction can improve the LVEF value of IHF patients. But there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group (P 0.05).
