益肾平肝汤对肝肾阴虚证高血压头痛患者生活质量的影响

【摘要】：目的:本课题通过对肝肾阴虚证高血压头痛患者在应用中药制剂益肾平肝汤治疗后的临床研究,旨在探讨益肾平肝汤对肝肾阴虚证高血压头痛患者生活质量的影响。方法:收集2013年12月至2015年6月在济南市中医医院门诊和病房治疗的80例肝肾阴虚证高血压头痛患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,各组40例。治疗组采用董桂英主任医师经验方益肾平肝汤治疗,对照组采用尼莫地平治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后血压、中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、头痛程度、生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组(P0.05)。各项临床症状积分比治疗前均明显降低(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组各项临床症状积分较对照组明显降低,治疗组临床证候疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后头痛程度比治疗前明显改善(P0.05),但治疗组的头痛改善程度明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、精神疼痛、精神健康、精力、社会功能、一般健康状况评分均比治疗前明显改善(P0.05),但治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:益肾平肝汤能有效的降低肝肾阴虚证的高血压头痛患者的血压,改善其中医症候积分,提高中医症状疗效,减轻头痛程度,改善患者的生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yishen Pinggan decoction on hypertensive headache patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. To explore the effect of Yishen Pinggan decoction on the quality of life of hypertensive headache patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. From December 2013 to June 2015, 80 patients with hypertension and headache due to deficiency of liver and kidney yin were collected and treated in the outpatient and ward of Jinan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nimodipine. The blood pressure, TCM syndromes integral, TCM syndromes efficacy, headache degree, quality of life were improved before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: after treatment. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the curative effect of clinical syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.050.The degree of headache after treatment was significantly improved than that before treatment (P0.05). But the improvement of headache in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the two groups had physiological function, physiological function, emotional function, body pain, mental pain, mental health and energy. The scores of social function and general health status were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, but the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: Yishen Pinggan decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive headache patients with deficiency of liver and kidney yin, improve the integral of TCM symptoms, and improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms. Alleviate headache degree, improve patient's quality of life.
