不同穴位埋线周期治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察不同穴位埋线周期对单纯性肥胖患者的治疗效果。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的单纯性肥胖患者按照随机数字表法随机分为A组,B组,C组三组,每组各20例,穴位埋线治疗周期分别为7 d、14 d、21 d,均以42 d为1疗程,共治疗两个疗程。观察三组患者治疗前及治疗2个疗程后体重(%)、体重指数(BMI)、脂肪分布率(F%)、不良反应出现率。结果:经过治疗后,三组治疗后体重下降(%)、脂肪分布率、体重指数均较治疗前明显下降(P0.05);A组与B组各项指标下降较C组明显(P0.05)。从治疗疗效来看,A组、B组、C组的总有效率分别为85.00%、90.00%、55.00%。从不良反应的出现率来看:A组、B组、C组的不良反应出现率分别为50.00%、15.00%、10.00%。结论:结合疗效和不良反应率,采用可吸收外科缝线进行穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的最佳周期以14天为宜。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of catgut embedding at different acupoints on patients with simple obesity. Methods: 60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into group A and group B according to random digital table. In group C, 20 cases in each group were treated with catgut embedding at acupoint for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days respectively, 42 days as a course of treatment. Two courses of treatment were used to observe the body weight, body mass index (BMI), fat distribution rate and adverse reaction rate before and after 2 courses of treatment in the three groups. Results: after treatment. After treatment, the weight loss, fat distribution rate and body mass index in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The indexes of group A and group B were significantly lower than those of group C (P 0.05). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 85.00% and 90.00%, respectively. According to the incidence rate of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in group B and group B was 50.00,15.00%, respectively. Conclusion: combined with curative effect and adverse reaction rate, the best period for the treatment of simple obesity with absorbable surgical suture is 14 days.
