针灸治疗老年病的现状和规律分析

【摘要】：应用针灸治疗老年病有着独特的优势,目前相关文献发表数量呈递增趋势,针灸疗法已经广泛应用于老年病的防治中,以脑血管病和肢体痹症最为多用。基于老年人的生理病理特点,针灸疗法结合自身特征,在临床实践中逐渐形成了选穴以补益为主、宜轻刺激、重视多种治疗手段的等治疗规律。
[Abstract]:The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of geriatric diseases has unique advantages. At present, the number of related documents is increasing, and acupuncture therapy has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases. Cerebrovascular disease and limb arthralgia are the most commonly used. Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly and the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with their own characteristics, the selection of acupoints is gradually formed in clinical practice, which should be given priority to tonic points, which should be lightly stimulated. Pay attention to the treatment law of many kinds of treatment means.
