【摘要】：慢性肾小球肾炎简称肾炎,系指蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、水肿为基本临床表现,起病方式各有不同,病情迁延,病变缓慢进展,可有不同程度的肾功能减退,最终将发展为慢性肾衰竭的一组肾小球病[1]。本病是尿毒症的原发病之一,一般临床预后欠佳,应该予以重视。祖国医学历经多年临床实践,对于慢性肾小球肾炎的医治已取得较好疗效,受到了医学界的肯定和患者的好评。何学红教授诊疗肾炎三十载,临证丰富。老师将慢性肾炎归属于中医“腰痛”范畴。提出本病总病机:以肺脾肾亏虚为本;水湿、湿热、瘀血为标。在诊疗上,老师以中医整体观念为指导,抓住疾病本质,以补肺脾肾,益气养阴为治则,自拟滋肾露。本方具有固本培元,扶助正气,兼以祛邪之功,故以此为基础方进行基本治疗。但是,本病病证繁多复杂,因此在治疗时不可拘泥一方。老师根据患者的不同临床表现,采取病证结合,同病异治的原则,分别针对蛋白尿、血尿、水肿进行专项治疗。老师运用中医药临床辨证施治的同时,分别从饮食起居、预防外感等多方面着手,指导患者进行后期生活调护,能有效改善症状,延缓肾脏病进展,疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Chronic glomerulonephritis refers to proteinuria, hematuria, hypertension and edema as the basic clinical manifestations. Finally, a group of glomerulonephritis will develop into chronic renal failure [1] .This disease is one of the primary diseases of uremia. The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has achieved good results, and has been recognized by the medical profession and praised by patients. Professor he Xuehong has been treating nephritis for 30 years. Clinical symptoms are abundant. The teacher ascribes chronic nephritis to the category of "low back pain" in traditional Chinese medicine. He puts forward the general pathogenesis of the disease: based on deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney; water dampness, dampness and heat; blood stasis. In diagnosis and treatment, the teacher takes the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide and grasps the essence of the disease. To invigorate the lung, spleen and kidney, invigorate qi and nourish yin as the principle of treatment, self-designed nourishing kidney dew. This prescription has the characteristics of strengthening the original and nourishing the elements, helping the vital energy, and taking the work of dispelling evil as the basis for the basic treatment. However, the syndrome of this disease is various and complex. According to the different clinical manifestations of the patient, the teacher adopted the principle of combining disease with syndrome and treating the same disease differently, aiming at proteinuria and hematuria, respectively. The teacher, while applying traditional Chinese medicine to clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs, respectively, started from many aspects, such as eating and drinking, preventing exogenous feelings, and so on, to guide the patients in their later life and nursing, which can effectively improve their symptoms and delay the progress of kidney disease. The curative effect is remarkable.
