穴位埋线治疗特发性肛周瘙痒症患者36例临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察穴位埋线治疗特发性肛周瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为2组各36例。穴位埋线组选取长强、经验穴、血海、脾俞、丰隆进行穴位埋线,每周治疗1次,共3次。对照组在瘙痒处皮肤涂擦曲安奈德益康唑乳膏进行治疗,每天2~3次。2组均以7天为1疗程,治疗3疗程后进行疗效评定。观察2组肛周瘙痒症状评分情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组肛周瘙痒症状评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);2组间肛周瘙痒症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。穴位埋线组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:穴位埋线治疗特发性肛周瘙痒症疗效确切,且优于皮肤涂擦曲安奈德益康唑乳膏的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of idiopathic perianal pruritus. Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (36 cases each). The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream on the skin of pruritus, and the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream for 7 days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. The scores of perianal pruritus symptoms and clinical efficacy were observed in two groups. Results: the scores of perianal pruritus in two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01) and there was a significant difference in the scores of pruritus symptoms between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of idiopathic perianal pruritus with acupoint embedding is effective and better than that of applying triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream on skin.
