止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。材料与方法:将按照病例选择标准收集的82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分成实验组与对照组,在证实两组患者在性别、年龄、病程上差异无显著性,具有可比性之后,开始进行治疗。两组患者均予以相同的基础治疗措施,在此基础上,实验组41例予以止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗,对照组41例予以TDP治疗仪+安慰剂治疗,治疗频次为2次/天,治疗时间为21天,通过治疗结束时和治疗后对患者进行不同时期的随访,比较膝关节骨性关节炎症状分级量化积分和WOMAC评分的差异情况,从而对治疗效果予以评定。结果:两组患者治疗结束时的膝关节骨性关节炎症状分级量化积分和WOMAC评分分别与治疗前相比均有明显降低,表明两组患者症状较治疗前均有缓解,组间相比实验组观察指标明显低于对照组,表明实验组的疗效更为显著,且两组疗效的差异经检验具有统计学意义(P0.01)。末次随访两项观察指标,实验组与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:止痛散外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效改善膝部疼痛、肿胀、僵硬等症状,在治疗后患者的生活质量有着明显的提高,并且本治疗方法没有明显的副作用,安全性可靠,操作简便,不增加患者的经济负担,易于被患者接受,是一种行之有效的治疗方法,值得临床应用和推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhitong Powder combined with TDP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Materials and methods: 82 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the criteria of case selection. After confirming that there was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups, the two groups began to be treated. The experimental group (41 cases) were treated with the external application of Zhitong San combined with the TDP therapeutic apparatus, while the control group (41 cases) were treated with TDP placebo. The frequency of treatment was 2 times a day, and the time of treatment was 21 days. The patients were followed-up at the end of treatment and after treatment to compare the difference of score and WOMAC score of knee osteoarthritis symptoms. Results: at the end of treatment, the scores of knee osteoarthritis symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, indicating that the symptoms of the two groups were relieved. Compared with the control group, the observation index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, which indicated that the curative effect of the experimental group was more significant, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before treatment. Conclusion: the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with external application of Zhitong Powder combined with TDP can effectively improve the symptoms of knee pain, swelling, stiffness and so on. After the treatment, the quality of life of the patients has been significantly improved, and this treatment method has no obvious side effects, is safe and reliable, easy to operate, does not increase the economic burden of patients, and is easy to be accepted by patients. It is an effective treatment method, and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
