荆桑止咳合剂治疗儿童感染后咳嗽风燥伤肺证的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:研究导师经验方荆桑止咳合剂治疗儿童感染后咳嗽风燥伤肺证的临床疗效,并进行临床疗效评价和安全性评价,为治疗儿童感染后咳嗽提供新思路新方法,更好地发挥中医药学在儿科临床中的应用优势。方法:采取随机、对照的研究方法。选取符合儿童感染后咳嗽风燥伤肺证诊断标准患儿100例,随机分成2组,分别为治疗组、对照组。对照组给予清燥润肺合剂口服治疗,治疗组予以荆桑止咳合剂治疗,治疗7天后进行疗效评价。采取对两组患儿治疗前后中医证候积分、主症积分、次症积分的变化,运用SPSS19.0统计软件进行结果分析。结果:治疗组临床治愈9例,显效22例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%;对照组临床治愈4例,显效16例,有效24例,无效5例,总有效率89.80%;说明治疗儿童感染后咳嗽风燥伤肺证,荆桑止咳合剂总疗效优于对照组清燥润肺合剂,经统计学分析,P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:通过对荆桑止咳合剂的临床研究,结果表明,该方是治疗儿童感染后咳嗽风燥伤肺证的有效方剂,研究过程中未发现不良反应,临床应用安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Fang Jing Sang Zhike mixture (FJZM), a tutor's experience, in treating children with cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety, so as to provide a new method for the treatment of children's cough after infection. Methods: a randomized, controlled study was carried out to select 100 children who met the diagnostic criteria of cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Qingzao Runfei mixture orally, the treatment group was treated with Jingsang Zhike mixture, and the curative effect was evaluated after 7 days of treatment. Results: in the treatment group, 9 cases were clinically cured, 22 cases were effective, 16 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.000.In the control group, 4 cases were clinically cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 89.80. The total curative effect of Jingsang Zhike mixture was better than that of the control group in treating cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: through the clinical study of Jingsang Zhike mixture, The results showed that the prescription was an effective prescription for the treatment of children with cough, wind dryness and lung injury after infection, no adverse reactions were found in the course of the study, and the clinical application was safe.
