脉胀病辨证分型规律的文献研究

【摘要】：目的:统计近10年来高血压病中医证型的分布规律,并以此为基础探讨脉胀病的证型分布特点,为脉胀病的规范化辨证分型提供依据。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库(2005年1月-2015年12月)高血压病证型研究相关文献,建立数据库,采用定量分析的方法,统计脉胀病(高血压病)的证型分布规律。结果:检出符合研究标准文献36篇,涉及病例23 285例,证型构成比在前8位的依次为痰湿壅盛、阴虚阳亢、肝火亢盛、肝阳上亢、阴阳两虚、瘀血阻窍、肝肾阴虚、痰瘀阻络;证素构成比在前8位的依次为阴虚、阳亢、痰湿、火/热、血瘀、气虚、阳虚、内风,涉及脏腑依次为肝、肾、心、脾。结论:脉胀病(高血压病)所涉及的证型、证素虚实夹杂,实证以痰湿为多见,虚证以阴虚为多见,脏腑分布以肝肾为多见,可为脉胀病的临床辨证及治疗提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes of hypertension in recent 10 years, and to explore the distribution characteristics of syndrome types on the basis of this, and to provide the basis for the standardization of syndrome differentiation and classification of pulse distension. Methods: to search the database of Chinese knowledge network. The database of Wanfang (January 2005-December 2015) is related to the study of hypertension syndromes. The database is established, and the quantitative analysis method is used. Results: according to the research standard, there were 36 documents and 23 285 cases involved. The proportion of syndrome types in the top 8 was phlegm dampness, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, liver-fire hyperactivity, liver yang hyperactivity, and hyperactivity of liver-yang. Yin and Yang deficiency, blood stasis obstructing orifices, liver and kidney yin deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals; Syndrome element ratio in the first 8 places are yin deficiency, yang hyperactivity, phlegm dampness, fire / heat, blood stasis, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, inner wind, and related zang-fu organs in order of liver, kidney, heart, Conclusion: the syndromes related to pulse distension disease (hypertension) are mixed with deficiency of syndrome element, phlegm and dampness, deficiency of yin, distribution of viscera and viscera in liver and kidney. It can provide some reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of pulse distension disease.
