从血管稳态失衡论高血压病病机及和血法论治的内涵

【摘要】：本文认为血压与中医学的"血气"名有异而意相近,提出血压的升高是气(阳)机逆乱、血(阴)循紊乱导致的阴阳失衡的结果,与血管稳态失衡机制有相通之处。高血压病的防治以调和脏腑气血阴阳为旨的和血法为总则,以体现治法阴阳属性的潜(泻)、育(补)为纲,潜阳育阴,并提出和血六法。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the blood pressure is similar to the name of "blood qi" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is suggested that the rise of blood pressure is the result of the imbalance of yin and yang caused by the disorder of qi (yang) and the disorder of blood (yin). The prevention and treatment of hypertension take the harmony of viscera qi and blood yin and yang as the principle and blood method as the general principle, take the latent (Xiexiao, Yuyu (supplement)) of the treatment method as the outline, the latent yang nourishes the yin, and puts forward the six methods of blood.
