通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛急性发作疗效及对血脂的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛急性发作疗效及对血脂的影响。方法:将124例于我院2015年7月~2016年12月进行诊治的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,两组均接受常规治疗,观察组另外接受通心络胶囊,分析其对冠心病心绞痛急性发作的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组75.81%。治疗后,两组单次发作时间和发作次数以及硝酸甘油含服次数较治疗前均缓解,观察组明显优于对照组[(2.99±0.66)min比(5.64±0.71)min;(0.83±0.43)次/d比(1.71±0.49)次/d;(0.89±0.39)次/d比(1.51±0.42)次/d]。治疗后,两组血脂水平较治疗前均改善,观察组血清TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C分别为(4.48±0.57、1.81±0.43、2.42±0.49、1.19±0.14)mmol/L,明显优于对照组(5.16±0.63、2.30±0.51、3.19±0.52、1.01±0.12)mmol/L。治疗后,两组血液流变学水平较治疗前均下降,观察组全血粘度、血浆粘度、HCT和FIB分别为[(5.93±0.93)m Pa·s、(1.56±0.20)m Pa·s、(40.11±4.99)%、(2.50±0.48)g/L)],明显低于对照组[(7.04±1.01)m Pa·s、(1.90±0.24)m Pa·s、(46.21±5.23)%、(3.06±0.54)g/L)]。两组不良反应比例差异无统计学意义。结论:通心络胶囊可缓解冠心病心绞痛病情,提高治疗效果,改善血脂和血液流变学,且较为安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and acute effects on serum lipids. Methods: 124 cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment in our hospital during July 2015 ~2016 December into 2 groups, two groups were treated with conventional treatment, the observation group also received Tongxinluo capsule, the analysis of acute onset of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris curative effect.
