推拿“通”法治疗颈源性头痛的文献研究

【摘要】：研究目的：本文通过挖掘整理推拿手法治疗颈源性头痛的期刊文献,确定“通法”在颈源性头痛治疗中的指导作用,为中医推拿临床治疗颈源性头痛提供参考依据。研究方法：检索近10年推拿手法治疗颈源性头痛的中文期刊文献,对颈源性头痛的辨证与治疗进行详细探究和评价,总结该病的症治规律,采用文献挖掘的方法探讨推拿治疗颈源性头痛的治疗原则和治疗方法。结果：①病因病机：颈源性头痛病在气血失和,风寒湿邪阻滞经络而经脉气血痹阻不通,不通则痛所致。②指导原则：以“松则通”、“顺则通”、“动则通”、“正则通”的“通法”为治则的推拿治疗颈源性头痛,可缓解筋脉拘急,放松身心,理顺肌筋,促进气血的流动,使骨正筋柔,经脉通畅,缓急止痛。③操作手法：经文献检索优选的治疗手法为揉法、拿法、按法、滚法、点法、拨法、拔伸法、扳法、摇法和一指禅。④穴位选择：经文献检索优选的治疗穴位是风池、阿是穴、太阳、风府、百会、合谷、头维、大椎、夹脊和天柱穴。结论：在“通法”指导下的“松”、“顺”、“动”、“正”四个治则联合使用,采甩“揉法”、“按法”、“摇法”、“扳法”等推拿手法,作用于“风池穴”、“阿是穴”、“太阳穴”、“风府穴”能有效治疗颈源性头痛,且疗效确切、持久,在临床值得广泛推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out the guiding role of "Tong method" in the treatment of cervical headache by digging out the periodical literature of massage manipulation for treating cervical headache, and to find out the guiding role of "Tong method" in the treatment of cervical headache. Methods: to search the Chinese periodical literature on the treatment of cervical headache by massage in recent 10 years, and to explore and evaluate the syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical headache in detail. The principles and methods of massage treatment for cervical headache were discussed. Results the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were as follows: cervicogenic headache was in qi and blood disharmony. Wind, cold and dampness evil block meridian and dampness and block meridians and qi and blood obstruction, which can be caused by pain. 2 guiding principles: to treat cervical headache by massage with "Song is Tong", "Shun Zi Tong", "moving through", "regular Tong" "Tong method" for treating cervical headache, which can alleviate the aggravation of the veins.
