养精滋血方联合补佳乐治疗肝肾不足型月经过少的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察养精滋血方联合补佳乐治疗肝肾不足型月经过少的临床疗效。方法:选取就诊于山东中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊肝肾不足型月经过少患者60例,治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组自月经第5天开始服用补佳乐1mg,po,qd,自月经第7天服用养精滋血汤;对照组单纯给予补佳乐治疗。连续治疗三个月经周期后,观察其临床疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:(1)治疗组疾病疗效总有效率80%,对照组疾病疗效总有效率为56.7%,差异有显著性(P0.05);(2)治疗组患者月经量少、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩等三项主症评分治疗后与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P0.05);(3)治疗组患者中医证候总评分治疗后与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P0.05);(4)治疗组患者中医症候总有效率为80.0%,对照组患者疾病疗效总有效率为60%,差异有显著性(P0.05);(5)治疗组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较,差异有显著性(PO.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肝肾不足型月经过少,能有效的改善中医症候、临床症状及体征,养精滋血汤联合补佳乐作为中西医结合治疗月经过少的一项临床思路,值得推广及进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yangjing Zixue recipe combined with Bujialao in the treatment of insufficient menstruation of liver and kidney. Methods: 60 cases of patients with insufficient menstruation of liver and kidney in gynecological outpatient department of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group began to take Bujialao 1 mg poqdfrom the 5th day of menstruation, and the control group took Yangjing Zixue decoction on the 7th day of menstruation, while the control group was treated only with Bujialue. After three consecutive menstrual cycles, the clinical effect was observed. Results the total effective rate of disease in the treatment group was 80 and that in the control group was 56.7.The difference was significant (P 0.05). After treatment, there was a significant difference between the three main symptoms of dizziness and the control group (P 0.05)) after treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group. The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 80.0, and the total effective rate in the control group was 60. There was a significant difference in the endometrial thickness between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms, clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. The combination of Yangjing Zixue decoction and Bujialue decoction is a clinical idea for the treatment of menorrhagia with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms, clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. It is worth popularizing and further studying.
