浅论以图像思维建立中医象思维

【摘要】：思维是人类认识世界、改造世界的重要工具,而以"象"为基本元素的象思维作为中医的重要思维方式,与以"图像"为基础的思维有着明显的相似之处,指导着中医通过特殊的物象、图像来进行思维。我们认为,中医象思维的形成需要借鉴图像思维的方式,利用人脑所具有的联想、想象的机能,将先入为主的语言概念转为以精气、阴阳、五行、藏象理论中的物象之变化来类比人的生理、病理,再利用在脑海中所形成的图像进行中医理、法、方、药的思考。只有重拾图像思维的能力,才能培养出中医独特的"象"思维。
[Abstract]:Thinking is an important tool for human beings to understand and transform the world. However, the image thinking with "image" as the basic element of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious similarities with the thinking based on "image". It instructs Chinese medicine to think through special objects and images. We believe that the formation of TCM image thinking needs to draw lessons from the way of image thinking and make use of the associative and imaginative functions of the human brain. The preconceived concept of language is converted to analogy of human physiology and pathology with changes in essence, yin and yang, five elements, and hidden image theory, and then the images formed in the mind are used to carry out medical principles, methods, and formulas in Chinese medicine. Only by regaining the ability of image thinking, can we cultivate the unique "elephant" thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
