内服中药汤剂联合六神丸外敷治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察内服中药汤剂联合六神丸外敷治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效。方法 80例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分成2组,观察组40例采用中药汤剂+六神丸外敷治疗,对照组40例采用石膏加压固定法治疗,观察3个疗程(21 d),随访6个月,比较两组疗效。结果治疗2周后观察组显效35例、好转3例、无效2例,显效率87.5%,非显效5例治疗3周后无变化。对照组治疗2周后显效20例、好转14例、无效6例,4例好转病例3周后显效,其余无变化,显效率60%。2组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。2组患者均随访6个月,观察组复发率0,对照组出现5例复发,复发率12.5%,2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论服中药汤剂联合六神丸外敷治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效可靠,可操作性强,易于为患者接受,易于基层推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Liushen pills in the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods 80 patients with pseudocyst of auricle were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated with gypsum compression fixation, followed up for 6 months for 3 courses of treatment. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, 35 cases in the observation group showed remarkable effect, 3 cases improved, and 2 cases failed. The effective rate was 87.5%, 5 cases had no change after 3 weeks of treatment. In the control group, 20 cases showed marked effect after 2 weeks of treatment, 14 cases improved, 6 cases failed to improve in 4 cases after 3 weeks, and the rest showed no change. The effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.01). All the patients in the observation group were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0, and the recurrence rate in the control group was 5 cases. There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P 0.01). Conclusion the treatment of pseudocyst of auricle by taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of Liushen pills is reliable, operable, easy to accept by patients and easy to be popularized and applied at the grass-roots level.
