冠心病痰湿证临床诊断标准解读

【摘要】：在系统回顾既往冠心病痰证相关诊断标准基础上,应用层次分析法进行专家群决策,结合多轮研讨与论证,确定了冠心病痰湿证临床诊断指标及其权重赋分。历时三年余,逾百名临床与方法学专家参与制定的中华中医药学会团体标准《冠心病痰湿证临床诊断标准》于2017年8月24日正式发布。该标准包括3项主要指标(3分/项),即舌胖边有齿痕、苔腻、苔滑,2项次要指标(2分/项),即胸闷、脉濡或滑,8项其他指标(1分/项),即肢体困重、口黏、体胖、大便黏滞、脘腹痞满、面色晦浊、嗜睡、纳呆,符合现代医学冠心病诊断标准,临床见上述指标累计赋分≥6分者可诊断为冠心病痰湿证。本标准可以与冠心病其他证诊断标准合并使用,并推荐用于冠心病痰湿证诊断,是否可以用于干预措施的临床疗效评价有待研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic review of the related diagnostic criteria of sputum syndrome of coronary heart disease, the expert group decision was made by AHP, and the clinical diagnostic index and weight of phlegm dampness syndrome of coronary heart disease were determined by combining with many rounds of discussion and argumentation, which lasted for more than three years. More than 100 clinical and methodological experts participated in the establishment of the Chinese Association of traditional Chinese Medicine Group Standard "Clinical criteria for the diagnosis of phlegm-dampness Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease", which was officially published on August 24th 2017. The standard includes three main indicators (3 points per item), that is, teeth marks on the fat side of the tongue. 2 minor indexes (2 points per item, I. e., chest tightness, pulse acculturation or slip), other indexes (1 / item), that is, limb drowsiness, mouth stickiness, body fat, stool viscosity, epigastric distension, dark complexion, drowsy face, lethargy, dumbness, dumbness, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, lethargy, and lethargy.
