加味三子陈平汤治疗痰湿郁阻型功能性便秘的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察加味三子陈平汤对于治疗痰湿郁阻型功能性便秘的临床疗效并从理论方面探讨其机制。方法:本研究选取2014年7月至2015年11月期间于山东中医药大学附属医院脾胃病科门诊及病房诊治的功能性便秘患者70例,并随机分为试验组与对照组各35例,试验组给予加味三子陈平汤治疗,对照组给予聚乙二醇4000散(福松)治疗,疗程两个月。观察两组治疗前后临床症状体征变化情况。结果:治疗两个月后,在改善便秘症状方面,P0.05,表明两组在改善便秘症状方面有显著差异,试验组优于对照组。在改善伴随症状方面,P0.05,表明两组在改善便秘伴随症状方面有显著差异,试验组优于对照组。结论:加味三子陈平汤对于治疗痰湿郁阻型功能性便秘疗效显著,在改善总体便秘症状与改善伴随症状两方面,均优于聚乙二醇4000散(福松)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction on functional constipation of phlegm-dampness stagnation type and explore its mechanism in theory. Methods: from July 2014 to November 2015, this study was conducted in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 70 patients with functional constipation diagnosed and treated in outpatient and ward departments of spleen and stomach diseases in affiliated hospitals, They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 35) and the control group (n = 35). The experimental group was treated with modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction, and the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder (Fusong). Two months of treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed. Results: after two months of treatment, there were significant differences in the improvement of constipation symptoms between the two groups (P 0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving constipation symptoms (P 0.05), which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving constipation associated symptoms. Conclusion: the effect of modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction on functional constipation of phlegm-dampness stagnation type is remarkable. It is superior to PEG4000 powder in improving the overall constipation symptoms and improving associated symptoms.
