针刺对支气管哮喘大鼠气道重塑的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨针刺对支气管哮喘气道重塑的影响及其作用机制。方法:将30只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和针刺组,每组10只。通过HE及Masson染色法观察各组大鼠肺组织形态结构及气道重塑程度,采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液ColⅠ、FN的表达。结果:针刺组大鼠肺组织上皮下胶原沉积及平滑肌层增厚情况均较模型组有所好转(P=0.002,0.05;P=0.006,0.05),针刺组大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液ColⅠ、FN的含量较哮喘组显著降低(P=0.011、P=0.002;P=0.026、P=0.026)。结论:针刺能有效缓解哮喘大鼠气道重塑程度,且其作用机制可能与抑制ColⅠ、FN的表达有关。
