中药口服加灌肠联合HCG注射液对肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者排卵的影响

【摘要】：目的:通过观察及研究治疗组、对照组的肾虚血瘀型LUFS的排卵率,探讨中药口服加灌肠联合HCG注射液治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,LUFS)的优势,为临床应用及推广提供客观依据。方法:随机收集2014年10月至2015年10月于河南中医学院第一附属医院妇科门诊就诊的符合诊断与纳入标准的LUFS患者60例,完全随机分为两组,以益肾活血方口服+活血灌肠方灌肠+HCG注射液为治疗组,共30例;以注射用绒促性素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)注射液为对照组,共30例。疗程为3个月经周期。观察两组治疗后排卵率;比较两组治疗前后注射HCG注射液(注射前)当天血LH水平;比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:(1)入组患者在年龄、病程、不孕类型、治疗前中医证候积分及血LH水平经统计学分析,均无统计学意义(P0.05),说明两组基线资料具有可比性。治疗组治疗前后的中医证候经统计学分析,有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组治疗前后的中医证候经统计学分析,无统计学意义(P0.05);(3)治疗组排卵率71.9%,对照组排卵率52.9%,两组排卵率经统计学分析,有统计学意义(P0.05);(4)治疗组治疗前后血LH水平经统计学分析,有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗前后血LH水平经统计学分析,无统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后血LH水平经统计学分析,有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:(1)中药口服加灌肠联合HCG注射液对肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者的中医临床证候有改善作用;(2)中药口服加灌肠联合HCG注射液对肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者的排卵率有提高作用;(3)中药口服加灌肠联合HCG注射液能提高肾虚血瘀型LUFS患者HCG注射当天(注射前)的LH水平;(4)治疗组对改善中医临床证候、提高排卵率及提高血LH水平的效果均优于对照组。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and study the ovulation rate of LUFS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in the treatment group and control group, and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine plus enema combined with HCG injection in the treatment of unruptured unruptured follicle syndromes. Methods: from October 2014 to October 2015, 60 LUFS patients who met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion in gynecological clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Henan College of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases were treated with Yishen Huoxue decoction, 30 cases were treated with Huoxue enema recipe enema HCG injection, 30 cases were treated with chorionic chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) injection for injection, the course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles. The ovulation rate was observed after treatment in both groups. Serum LH levels before and after injection of HCG injection (before injection) were compared between the two groups, and TCM syndromes scores before and after treatment were compared. Results: age, course of disease, type of infertility, Before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and serum LH levels were not statistically significant (P 0.05), which indicated that the baseline data of the two groups were comparable, and the TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically analyzed. There was significant difference in the ovulation rate of the treatment group (71.9%) and the control group (52.9%). The ovulation rate of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Serum LH levels before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant, while in the control group, there was no statistical significance in the blood LH level before and after treatment; after treatment, the serum LH level in the two groups was statistically analyzed. Conclusion the Chinese medicine oral enema combined with HCG injection can improve the clinical syndromes of LUFS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion the ovulation of LUFS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type treated by Chinese medicine oral administration plus enema combined with HCG injection can be improved by traditional Chinese medicine oral administration and enema combined with HCG injection. The oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine plus enema combined with HCG injection can improve the LH level of LUFS patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis on the same day (before injection) the treatment group can improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. The effect of increasing ovulation rate and serum LH level was better than that of control group.
