藏药六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用及机制探讨

【摘要】:目的研究藏药六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用并阐明相关抑菌机制,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用平板打孔法检测六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,通过倍比稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度范围。绘制药物作用36h的细菌生长曲线。利用扫描电镜观察细胞形态变化和细胞壁通透性实验阐述其抑菌机理。结果六味丁香丸800mg/mL对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径达到(21.8±2.36)mm,最小抑菌浓度介于12.5~25mg/mL;药物可以显著抑制细菌生长增殖,能够使细胞形态发生改变和细胞通透性增加。结论六味丁香丸对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌具有显著抑菌作用,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bacteriostatic effect of Tibetan medicine Liuwei clove pill on Staphylococcus aureus and elucidate the related bacteriostatic mechanism so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods the bacteriostatic activity of Liuwei clove pill against Staphylococcus aureus was determined by perforating plate method. The minimal inhibitory concentration range was determined by double dilution method, and the growth curve of bacteria was plotted for 36 h. The bacteriostasis mechanism was explained by scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation of cell morphology and cell wall permeability. The diameter of the inhibition circle of 800 mg / mL was 21.8 卤2.36 mm and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 12.5 ~ 25 mg / mL. The drug could significantly inhibit the growth and proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Liuwei clove pill has significant bacteriostatic effect on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and has potential clinical application value.
