小儿慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症中医诊疗指南临床应用评价分析

【摘要】：目的:评价小儿慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症中医诊疗指南临床应用效果。方法:按照国家中医药管理局中医诊疗指南临床应用评价实施方案的要求,由11家医疗机构采用回顾性病例观察的方法,主要围绕指南内容的临床适用性、可操作性进行评估,从诊断、辨证、治疗等方面与指南内容进行比较,填写一致性测试表及一致性测试报告。结果:226例临床资料与指南比较,诊断部分、预防与调摄部分一致性较高,辨证分型及治则一致性稍低,由于患儿兼加症及地区用药不同,药物组成、中成药及其它治法一致性较低。结论:小儿慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症诊疗指南基本符合临床实践,可作为临床医生治疗本病的标准中医指南。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia in children. A retrospective case observation method was adopted by 11 medical institutions to evaluate the clinical applicability and maneuverability of the guidelines, and to compare them with the guidelines in terms of diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, treatment, etc. Results the clinical data of 226 cases were compared with the guidelines. Results in the diagnosis part, the part of prevention and adjustment was more consistent, and the consistency of syndrome differentiation and treatment principle was lower. Due to the combination of symptoms and diseases and different drug use in the region, the conformance test form and the conformance test report were filled out. Conclusion: the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia in children are basically in line with clinical practice and can be used as the standard Chinese medicine guidelines for the treatment of this disease by clinicians.
