【摘要】：《黄帝内经》是中医学经典著作,里面蕴含着丰富的身体话语资源。《黄帝内经》以身体为出发点和落脚点,探讨了人生命的起源和身体的生成过程,建构了一个理想的身体典范。生成性和自组织性是这一身体典范的突出特征,而身心一如则是《黄帝内经》的身体与其它身体最大的不同。这一身体充满了医家的人文关怀,既注重形躯之身的外在健康,又注重内在生命力的强盛。因而,这一身体作为身体的典范,成为被审美的对象；与此同时,作为身心一如的身体,意识本身就是身体的一部分,而身体感觉器官是产生美感的直接原因,所以身体即审美主体；身体隐喻还是人们认识世界的重要方式,借助熟悉的身体来传达对美的感觉,并以此为审美标准。《黄帝内经》作为医学宝典,它为我们提供了一种生存智慧,不仅为我们指出了养生所要达到的理想身体状态,更为我们详细介绍了身体实践的具体方法。如果每一个人都能掌握心身医学的秘密,人的生命将会变得更加的健康与和谐,人类才能诗意地栖居于大地之上。
[Abstract]:Huangdi's Internal Classic is a classic work of traditional Chinese medicine, which contains abundant body discourse resources. Based on the body as the starting point and the foothold, Huangdi's Internal Classic probes into the origin of human life and the formation process of the body. An ideal body model has been constructed. Generative and self-organizing are the prominent features of this body model, and the body and mind, as in the Yellow Emperor's Classic, are the biggest differences between the body and the other bodies. This body is filled with the humanistic concern of the physician. Focusing both on the external health of the body and on the strength of the inner vitality. Therefore, this body, as a model of the body, has become an aesthetic object; at the same time, as a body, as a body, consciousness itself is a part of the body, The body sensory organ is the direct cause of aesthetic feeling, so the body is the aesthetic subject; body metaphor is still an important way for people to understand the world, with the help of familiar body to convey the sense of beauty. As a medical treasure book, it provides us with a kind of survival wisdom, and not only points out the ideal physical condition to be achieved by health care, If everyone can master the secrets of psychosomatic medicine, human life will become more healthy and harmonious, and human beings will be able to live poetically on the earth.
