六仁汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期气虚型的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察六仁汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期气虚型的临床疗效。方法 100例COPD稳定期患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各50例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟方六仁汤口服,治疗14 d后评估两组疗效、便秘改善情况;治疗7、14 d后进行中医症候积分评分。结果治疗组总疗效及便秘改善情况明显优于对照组(P0.05);治疗7 d后治疗组喘息、咳痰、腹胀症状的缓解明显优于对照组(P0.05);治疗14 d后治疗组咳嗽、喘息、咳痰、腹胀症状缓解明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论六仁汤治疗COPD稳定期疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Liuren decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) stable qi deficiency. Methods 100 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, and the control group was treated with routine western medicine. Treatment group on the basis of the control group plus oral use of self-made Fangliuren decoction, 14 days after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups, constipation improvement; Results the total curative effect and constipation improvement in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and after 7 days treatment, the patients in the treatment group were wheezing, expectorating and expectorating. The relief of abdominal distension symptom was obviously better than that of control group (P 0.05), and after 14 days treatment, the relief of cough, wheezing, expectoration and abdominal distension in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Liuren decoction is effective in the stable period of COPD.
