公众理解中医:中医药新媒体传播伦理失范之研究

【摘要】:新媒体时代的到来被认为是人类社会传播媒介发展史上的重大变革,中医药事业在当代的传承与传播也应自觉接受新媒体时代的检验。从中医药新媒体传播现状看,存在信息污染与"把关人"缺失、学界自身"失语危机"、人文文化遮蔽科学文化、传播分化造成数字鸿沟等伦理失范现象。中医药新媒体传播实践应严格遵循医学伦理原则,符合传播伦理规范,在可信性、适用性和适度性原则的指导下,遵从"自律"与"他律"相结合,从政府、行业、专家和受众四方面多管齐下,积极重构中医药新媒体传播伦理价值与规范。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the new media era is regarded as a major change in the history of the media development of human society, and the inheritance and dissemination of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in the contemporary era should be consciously examined by the new media era. There are phenomena of information pollution and lack of gatekeepers, academic circles' own aphasia crisis, humanistic culture obscuring science and culture, spreading differentiation and so on. The new media communication practice of traditional Chinese medicine should strictly follow the principles of medical ethics. Under the guidance of the principles of credibility, applicability and appropriateness, following the principles of credibility, applicability and appropriateness, and following the combination of "self-discipline" and "heteronomy", the communication ethics should be carried out from four aspects: government, industry, experts and audience. Actively reconstruct the ethical values and norms of new media dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine.
