益气养阴法治疗老年原发性支气管肺癌的效果

【摘要】：目的探讨益气养阴法对老年原发性支气管肺癌的治疗效果。方法 50例老年肺癌确诊病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组采用益气养阴中药加西医综合治疗,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,6个月后进行疗效和不良反应评价。应用肺癌瘤体疗效评价标准、肺癌症状分级、生存质量评分表及中医证候疗效评定标准评估益气养阴中药对老年肺癌的作用。结果治疗组总有效率(48%)与对照组(36%)无明显差异(P0.05),治疗组咳嗽、乏力等症状改善明显(P0.05),生活质量分值和中医证候评分略有提高(P0.05),且部分不良反应较对照组明显轻(P0.05)。结论益气养阴法对老年肺癌近期癌体具有一定的疗效,能显著改善中医证候表现,改善症状,提高生存质量,同时可以缓解部分不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin on primary bronchial lung cancer in the elderly. Methods 50 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone, and the curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated after 6 months. To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin on elderly lung cancer. Results there was no significant difference in total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05), and the cough in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). The symptoms such as fatigue were improved obviously (P 0.05), the score of quality of life and the score of TCM syndromes were improved slightly, and some side effects were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion the method of nourishing qi and nourishing yin has a certain curative effect on the cancer body of lung cancer in the elderly in the near future. It can significantly improve the symptoms and symptoms of TCM, improve the quality of life, and alleviate some adverse reactions at the same time.
