傣族疾病认知及治疗行为探析——以西双版纳傣泐为例

【摘要】：以云南省西双版纳地区傣族村寨为田野点,通过对当地傣族人对疾病的认知和治疗方式的选择进行调查,认为身处特定地理环境之中的傣族人,在长期生产生活实践中,形成了独特的宇宙观、生命观和宗教灵魂观,其宗教形态上存在古老的原始宗教信仰与南传上座部佛教信仰的融合,在此基础上,他们对病因的解释表现为"自然"和"非自然"二者的结合,所以,要祛除病痛,进行药物、物理治疗的同时,需要调和人的身体和宇宙秩序之间的关系,在医疗选择上呈现出多种治疗方式的叠加,多元医疗共存的局面。
[Abstract]:Taking Dai villages in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province as the field point, through the investigation of the local Dai people's cognition of the disease and the choice of treatment methods, it is concluded that the Dai people in the specific geographical environment are in the long-term practice of production and life. It has formed a unique view of the universe, life and religious soul. On the basis of this, there is a fusion of the ancient primitive religious beliefs with the Buddhist beliefs in the southern part of the world. Their explanation of the cause is a combination of "natural" and "unnatural," so to dispel the pain, to use drugs and physical therapy, one needs to reconcile the relationship between the human body and the universal order. In the medical treatment choice presents the superposition of many kinds of treatment ways, the multivariate medical treatment coexistence situation.
