经皮穴位电刺激对高胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病神经病变患者氧化应激及炎性水平的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对高胰岛素抵抗2型糖尿病(T2DM)神经病变患者氧化应激及炎性水平的影响。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年1月来我院内分泌科就诊的高胰岛素抵抗T2DM神经病变患者300例,根据随机信封抽签原则将其分为试验组与对照组,每组150例。两组均给予降糖基础治疗,同时对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予TEAS,两组均治疗8周。结果:治疗后试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为97.3%和87.3%,试验组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组的空腹血糖与餐后2h血糖均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义。治疗后两组血清丙二醛(MDA)与治疗前相比较均明显降低,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均明显升高(P0.05),同时治疗后与对照组比较,试验组血清MDA降低,SOD升高(P0.05)。治疗后两组的血清IL-6值均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),治疗后试验组的血清IL-6值明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:TEAS辅助治疗高胰岛素抵抗2型DM神经病变能在有效降糖的基础上,提高治疗疗效,其作用机制可能与降低炎性水平表达与调节氧化应激水平有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) effect of nerve lesions in patients with oxidative stress and inflammatory level. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital department of endocrinology in our hospital 300 cases of patients with high insulin resistance T2DM neuropathy, according to the principle of random lottery envelopes will be divided into the test group and control group, 150 cases in each group. The two groups were given hypoglycemic therapy, while the control group was given Mecobalamin treatment, the experimental group was given TEAS on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results: after the treatment, the experimental group and the control group the total effective rate was 97.3% and 87.3%, the test group significantly higher than the control group (P0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose and blood glucose after meal two 2H group were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, two groups of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) compared with before the treatment Significantly decreased, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly increased (P0.05), and compared with the control group after treatment, the serum MDA decreased, SOD increased (P0.05). The serum IL-6 value of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05), experimental group after treatment, serum IL-6 the value was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: TEAS adjuvant therapy can based on effective hypoglycemic on type 2 DM neuropathy high insulin resistance, enhance the curative effect, its mechanism may be related to the decrease of inflammatory expression and regulation of oxidative stress.
