晏军治疗变应性咳嗽经验撷萃

【摘要】：变应性咳嗽总的病因为六淫之邪犯肺为诱因,脏腑失和为内因,虚实夹杂为一般规律,基本病机特点为肺失宣降,因此固本补虚,调畅气血,兼宣肺散邪,调畅肺气,恢复肺气的正常宣降,标本兼顾方能取得良好的疗效。晏师论治变应性咳嗽,关注患者的先天禀赋及情志变化,注重中西医治疗,以西药快速缓解症状,中药治疗则强调固本为要,预防复发,中医治疗以扶脾助运使脾土得旺,气血旺盛,五脏和调,肺金亦生,佐金平木,兼补益肺气以固表,同时重视宣解,兼降气化痰,注重顺应功能,调畅肺气,通利枢机,久病补虚,适当养阴,使肺得清润,兼顾养血活血,行气化瘀,使肝体得养,血脉通畅。
