加味通幽汤治疗血瘀气滞型老年性功能性便秘的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:研究加味通幽汤治疗血瘀气滞型老年性功能性便秘的临床疗效,并从理论上探讨其机理。方法:将60例纳入标准的老年功能性便秘患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各30例,试验组予以加味通幽汤治疗,对照组予以福松治疗,两组疗程均为4周,4周后观察两组治疗前后总有效率、主要症状改善情况及安全性等指标,并做出评价。结果:试验组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,经统计学处理,两组总体疗效无显著性差异(P0.05),说明试验组与对照组对于本病的总体治疗效果相近。两组治疗前后症状总积分比较均具有显著性差异,P0.001,说明两组均具有明显的治疗效果。但在单项症状积分比较中表明:试验组在对患者嗳气、腹胀及舌象、脉象等症状的改善上优于对照组。结论:加味通幽汤对治疗血瘀气滞型老年性功能性便秘疗效确切,值得在临床中辨证使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Jiawei Tongyou decoction on senile functional constipation with blood stasis and qi stagnation, and to explore its mechanism theoretically. Methods: 60 cases of senile functional constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 30 cases in each group were treated with Jiawei Tongyou decoction, while the control group were treated with Fosson. The total effective rate, main symptom improvement and safety were observed after 4 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33, which was higher than that of the control group (86.67). There was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups (P 0.05), which indicated that the total therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar to that of the control group. There was a significant difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.001), which indicated that the two groups had obvious treatment. But in the comparison of individual symptom scores, the results showed that the trial group was belching the patients, Conclusion: Jiawei Tongyou decoction is effective in the treatment of senile functional constipation with blood stasis and qi stagnation, and is worthy to be used in clinic.
