齐元富教授辨治癌热的经验探讨

【摘要】：癌性发热是恶性肿瘤患者常见的临床症状之一,目前西医学治疗无法取得较为满意且持久的疗效,应用解热镇痛药与激素对癌性发热的控制有限,且长期使用上述药物存在副作用,使患者生活质量受到严重影响,结合中医药治疗,则使疗效得到明显提升。本文采用临床观察总结之方法,结合大量文献研究,通过对收集整理的山东省中医院齐元富教授诊治的癌性发热病例进行回顾性研究,总结癌性发热之临床经验,并从历代文献中归纳其有效的理论依据,总结并分析导师治疗癌热的辨证及用药规律,探讨其背后的传统中医理论,以期进一步指导中医药预防与治疗癌性发热的临床工作。
[Abstract]:Cancer fever is one of the common clinical symptoms in patients with malignant tumor. At present, the treatment of western medicine can not obtain satisfactory and lasting curative effect. The control of cancer fever by antipyretic analgesics and hormones is limited.The long-term use of these drugs has side effects, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, will significantly improve the efficacy.By using the method of clinical observation and summary, combined with a large number of literature studies, this paper summarized the clinical experience of cancer fever by collecting and arranging the cases of cancer fever diagnosed and treated by Professor Qi Yuanfu of Shandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The effective theoretical basis was summarized from the literature of the past dynasties, and the differentiation of symptoms and the law of drug use in the treatment of cancer fever by tutors were summarized and analyzed, and the traditional Chinese medicine theory behind it was discussed in order to further guide the clinical work of preventing and treating cancer fever with Chinese medicine.
