三果汤对血象变化和临床疗效研究

【摘要】：这篇论文以三果汤对血常规、血脂的指标影响和它的临床药效研究为重点。主要涉及四个大问题:一、三果汤的药效和临床应用;二、放血时的选择脉管,健康人和高血脂患者的选脉;三、三果汤对健康人和高血脂患者血象指标变化对比研究;四、三果汤对高血脂患者的临床疗效研究。为了阐释上述四个问题,我把此篇论文分成四个章节后较详细剖析其原因及结果等。第一章、开始较粗略的阐述三果汤的临床运用变化(历史),以及诃子、毛诃子、余甘子的鉴定和三果汤的制剂和药效。最后通过《中国藏医药大全》收录的一百多部藏医临床经验书籍中所记载的三果汤的运用和种类归纳后做成问卷,并在青海省藏医院、玉树州藏医院、黄南州藏医院、河南县蒙藏医院、尖扎县藏医院选择住院医师以上的三十名医生作为问卷对象做调查问卷,后通过各选项占比次序确定此次试验的用药方法。第二章、因为当代医学和藏医学的理论思维方式不同,故在脉管和血液的功能和命名等的认识有所区别,所以在此章节中我首先对当代医学和藏医对脉管和血液认识做较粗略的对比后,较详细的阐释藏医学的动脉和静脉的认识,以及对放血选脉的方法。最后通过《中国藏医药大全》收录的一百多部藏医临床经验记和相关论文中对此次两类研究对象所常选的穴位归纳后做成问卷,并在上述五家藏医院中选择职业医师及以上的三十名医生作为问卷对象做调查问卷,后通过各选项占比次序确定此次健康人和高血脂患者的取血处。第三章、在签订相关协议后对所选十名健康人在服药前后,即服药前在肘内静脉抽取三毫升血液做全血细胞计数五分类检验,之后连续五天以每天三次煎熬服用三果汤后在相同部位抽取三毫升做相同的检验做前后对比。高血脂患者也签订相关协议后在服药前选取肘内静脉抽取三毫升血液做血细胞计数五分类检验和血脂五项,之后连续五天内以每日三次煎熬三果汤服用后在肘内静脉和头静脉各抽取三毫升血液做血细胞计数五分类检验和血脂五项并做服药前后血象指标变化对比。通过服药前后和不同穴位血样检验指标对比可验证三果汤对血样的作用。第四章、本章主要是介绍三果汤对高血脂患者的临床疗效研究,以为高血脂在临床上无特殊症状,所以我在这里主要用过前后血象指标变化对比为根据来阐述其临床疗效。血象指标的观察,即在服药后五天抽取血液的血脂四项变化和服药钱的血脂变化对比,以及在停药后三天在同一部位抽取血液并做血脂四项的各指标变化和服药前各血脂变化对比观察来判定其疗效。
[Abstract]:In this thesis, three fruit soup on the blood index, lipid profile and clinical efficacy of it as the key point.
