消糜膏对宫颈炎患者的临床疗效及对宫颈局部EGF、IL-1β、TNF-α表达的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨消糜膏对宫颈炎患者的临床疗效及对宫颈局部人表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年3月我院妇科收治的宫颈炎患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组接受微波治疗,观察组采用消糜膏治疗。统计2组临床有效率;检测并比较治疗前后2组患者宫颈局部IL-1β,TNF-α及EGF等的水平变化;统计2组患者治疗后阴道排液时间、结痂出血时间、愈合时间及排血量和排液量。结果:2组临床有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者宫颈局部IL-1β,TNF-α水平显著降低,EGF水平显著升高(P0.05)。观察组宫颈局部IL-1β,TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P0.01);而EGF水平显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:消糜膏可通过升高EGF水平,降低IL-1β、TNF-α水平达到消除宫颈炎的目的,与微波治疗宫颈炎的临床疗效相当,但其可有效缩短宫颈愈合时间,减少治疗中出血量和排液量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Xiaomi ointment on cervicitis and its effect on the expression of human epidermal growth factor (EGFN), interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾) and tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪) in cervicitis.Methods: from June 2015 to March 2016, 64 patients with cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32).The control group was treated with microwave, while the observation group was treated with Xiaomi ointment.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was counted, the changes of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 伪 and EGF in the cervix of the two groups were detected and compared before and after the treatment, and the time of vaginal effusion, the time of scab bleeding, the time of healing, the amount of blood excreted and the amount of efflux were counted.Results there was no significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05), and the level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 伪 in the cervix of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the level of TNF- 伪 in the cervix of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).The level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 伪 in the cervical region of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01), and the level of EGF was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01).Conclusion: Xiaomi ointment can eliminate cervicitis by increasing the level of EGF and decreasing the level of IL-1 尾 -TNF- 伪, which is comparable to the clinical effect of microwave treatment of cervicitis, but it can effectively shorten the time of cervicitis healing and reduce the amount of bleeding and effusion in the treatment.
