基于区分经筋病症与脏腑病症进行针灸辨证论治的思考

【摘要】：提出针灸临床的辨证体系,必需体现针灸理论的核心和治疗的特色,即应以经络辨证为主。而在以八纲辨证为指导进行经络辨证时,应分经筋病症与脏腑病症的不同而有所侧重。经筋病症重在辨病位,以按部选穴为主,选取适宜的对症刺法进行论治;脏腑病症应在经络辨证的基础上,辅以脏腑辨证,论治以按经选穴为主,辅以按部选穴,重在选取相应的特定穴,并根据寒热虚实选取适当的补泻等刺法进行论治。
[Abstract]:The dialectical system of acupuncture and moxibustion must embody the core of acupuncture and moxibustion theory and the characteristics of treatment, that is, meridian syndrome differentiation should be the main part.In the process of differentiation of meridians and collaterals under the guidance of the eight principles, we should focus on the differences between the symptoms of the meridian and the viscera.The syndrome of meridian should be based on the syndrome differentiation of the meridians, mainly by selecting points according to the part, and by selecting the appropriate acupuncture method to treat the symptoms and diseases of the viscera, and on the basis of syndrome differentiation of the meridians and collaterals, the syndrome differentiation of the zang-fu organs should be supplemented by the differentiation of the zang-fu organs.Focus on the selection of the corresponding specific points, and according to the cold and heat deficiency and the selection of appropriate acupuncture methods such as remedial treatment.
