仙龙益肾颗粒治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病临床观察

【摘要】：目的通过临床观察研究,观察仙龙益肾颗粒对糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准,临床表现为气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在基础治疗上,治疗组服用仙龙益肾颗粒,对照组服用渴络欣胶囊,疗程8周。观察患者血常规、尿常规、肝功、肾功、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血管内皮生长因子的影响及中医证候积分等治疗效果及安全指标变化。结果仙龙益肾颗粒对气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病临床疗效。治疗组总有效率86.66%,对照组总有效率73.32%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P0.01);证候积分均较治疗前明显减低(P0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.01);降低24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组降低甘油三酯明显优于对照组(P0.01);治疗组降低总胆固醇优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组降低血糖优于对照组(P0.05);糖化血红蛋白明显降低(P0.01);两组治疗后血管内皮生长因子都降低(P0.05);两组均未出现肝功能、肾功能的异常。结论1.仙龙益肾颗粒对气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病有效率、改善中医证候优于对照组。2.能降低糖尿病肾病患者Ⅲ期的24小时尿白蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血管内皮生长因子,延缓糖尿病肾病进展。3.可以调节血糖和脂类代谢紊乱。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Xianlong Yishen granule on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and yin and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Xianlong Yishen granule.The control group was treated with Kailuoxin capsule for 8 weeks.The effects of routine blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, blood lipid, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), urinary microalbumin, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and TCM syndromes were observed.Results Xianlong Yishen granule was effective in treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66 and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.32. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group, and that of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The treatment group is superior to the control group in reducing triglyceride, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing total cholesterol, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing blood sugar, and the glycosylated hemoglobin is obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was decreased in both groups after treatment, and no liver function was found in both groups.Abnormal renal function.Conclusion 1.Xianlong Yishen granule is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis, and improving TCM syndrome is better than that of control group. 2.It can reduce 24 hours urinary albumin, urinary microalbumin and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with stage 鈪，
