电针合谷穴对面神经损伤家兔面部运动功能的影响

【摘要】:目的:观察电针合谷穴对面神经损伤家兔面部行为学评分及面神经电图的影响,初步探讨电针合谷穴对面神经损伤的修复作用。方法:用神经卡压法制备面神经损伤家兔模型,将40只家兔随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、电针合谷穴组和电针后溪穴组,每组10只。假手术组切开左侧面部皮肤,暴露面神经后缝合。模型组造模后不给任何处置。电针合谷穴组采用电针合谷穴治疗,电针后溪穴组予电针后溪穴治疗,每次30min,每日1次,治疗28d。肉眼观察家兔面部运动情况并评分,面神经电图检测受损面神经复合肌肉动作电位的潜伏期和峰值振幅。结果:(1)行为学评分结果:电针合谷穴组造模7、14、21、28d后行为学评分升高,与模型组及电针后溪穴组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01);(2)面神经电图结果:电针合谷穴组造模14、28d后潜伏期缩短、峰值振幅增大,与模型组及电针后溪穴组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:电针合谷穴能改善面神经损伤家兔面部运动情况,促进受损面神经复合肌肉动作电位的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu point on facial behavior score and facial electrogram in rabbits with facial nerve injury and to explore the effect of electroacupuncture at Hegu point on repairing facial nerve injury. Methods: the rabbit model of facial nerve injury was made by nerve compression. Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group, model group, electroacupuncture Hegu point group and electroacupuncture Houxi point group, each group had 10 rabbits. In the sham operation group, the left facial skin was cut open and the facial nerve was sutured after exposure. The model group does not give any disposal after making the model. Hegu point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Hegu point, and Houxi point group was treated by electroacupuncture at Houxi acupoint for 30 minutes, once a day for 28 days. Facial motility was observed and evaluated with naked eye. Facial electrogram was used to detect the latency and peak amplitude of the compound muscle action potential of injured facial nerve. Results (1) Behavioral score: the behavioral score of Hegu acupoint group was higher than that of model group and Hexi group. The difference was statistically significant compared with model group and Hexi group. The result of facial electrogram showed that the incubation period of the model of Hegu group was shorter than that of the model group at 1428 days, and that of Hegu group was shorter than that of model group and Hexi point group (P < 0.05), the results of facial electrogram showed that the latency of Hegu group was shorter than that of model group (P < 0.05). The peak amplitude increased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the model group and the electroacupuncture group. Conclusion: electroacupuncture at Hegu point can improve facial movement and promote the recovery of facial nerve compound muscle action potential in rabbits with facial nerve injury.
