针刺治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎:随机对照研究

【摘要】：目的:观察西药、针刺和针刺联合西药治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效差异。方法:将120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分成西药组、针刺组和针刺联合西药组,每组40例。各组患儿均在对症治疗的基础上,西药组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服治疗,按体质量每日10 mg/kg给药,分3次口服,连续服用3 d;针刺组穴取风池、合谷、曲池、下关、颊车、地仓、少商、商阳,予针刺治疗,每日针刺1次,连续针刺3 d;针刺联合西药组采用西药组和针刺组的治疗,联合口服利巴韦林颗粒和针刺治疗,连续治疗3 d。于治疗后进行临床疗效比较,并于治疗结束后4 d进行随访,比较3组患儿的退热时间、疱疹消退时间和美林口服液使用次数。结果:治疗后,针刺联合西药组总有效率为95.0%(39/40),西药组总有效率为62.5%(25/40),针刺组总有效率为80.0%(32/40),针刺联合西药组优于针刺组和西药组(均P0.05)。针刺联合西药组退热时间和疱疹消退时间均早于针刺组和西药组(均P0.05)。针刺联合西药组美林口服液使用次数少于针刺组和西药组(均P0.05)。结论:针刺联合西药治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎比单纯使用针刺和西药能更快退热和消退疱疹,减少美林口服液服用次数,临床疗效更优。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of western medicine, acupuncture and acupuncture combined with western medicine in treating herpes isthmus in children. Methods: 120 cases of herpes pharyngitis were randomly divided into western medicine group, acupuncture group and acupuncture combined western medicine group with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, ribavirin granules were given orally in the western medicine group, 10 mg/kg daily according to body mass, 3 times a day for 3 consecutive days, points of acupuncture group were collected from Fengchi, Hegu, qu Chi, Xiaguan, buccal car, Dichang. Shaoshang Shangyang was treated with acupuncture once a day for 3 days and the combined acupuncture group was treated with western medicine group and acupuncture group combined with ribavirin granule and acupuncture for 3 days. The clinical efficacy was compared after treatment and followed up 4 days after the treatment. The time of antipyretic, the time of herpes regression and the times of use of Merrill Lynch oral liquid were compared among the 3 groups. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with western medicine group was 95.0 / 39 / 40, the total effective rate of western medicine group was 62.5 / 25 / 40, and the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 80.050 / 32 / 40. The total effective rate of acupuncture combined western medicine group was better than that of acupuncture group and western medicine group (all P 0.05). The antipyretic time and herpes extinction time of acupuncture combined with western medicine group were earlier than those of acupuncture group and western medicine group (all P 0.05). The frequency of oral liquid used in acupuncture combined with western medicine group was less than that in acupuncture group and western medicine group (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of herpes isthmus in children is more effective than acupuncture and western medicine alone in reducing fever and herpes and reducing the times of taking Merrill Lynch oral liquid.
