【摘要】：目的:1.优化蒙医人体特质判定条目及其内容。2.制定编写《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》综合咨询内容的总要求和具体要求。3.编写赫依、希拉、巴达干三种不同特质人群日常保健与养护咨询内容模板。4.编写赫依、希拉、巴达干特质者在不同疾病、不同阶段的自我家庭养护及治疗方面的咨询内容模板。方法:1.优化《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》的人体特质判定条目及其内容。(1)查阅文献、汇集条目池、筛选条目。(2)对前期研究进行进一步研究和分析。(3)在导师指导下,初步优化条目数及条目内容。(4)通过专家访谈进一步筛选和优化条目数及条目内容。(5)结合文献、前期研究与专家意见,确定条目数及条目内容。2.编写《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》的综合咨询内容模板。(1)制定编写《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》内容模板的总要求和具体要求。(2)编写赫依、希拉、巴达干特质者的日常保健与养护内容模板。(3)选择编写2种典型疾病的咨询内容模板。结果:1.进一步研究优化了18个人体特质判定条目及其内容。2.确定了《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》综合咨询内容的编写要求。3.编写了赫依、希拉、巴达干三种不同特质人群健康时期日常养生指导内容。4.编写了赫依、希拉、巴达干三种不同特质人群患流行性感冒、萨病时的指导内容模板。结论:1.蒙医人体特质判定条目及其内容的优化为其系统判定提供了确切依据。2.三种模板的定稿,为完整编撰《蒙医人体特质判定与综合咨询系统》的内容提供了模板和依据,为下一步的内容编写、校对、审稿等工作奠定了基础。
