清心安神颗粒治疗原发性失眠（心肾不交型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察清心安神颗粒治疗原发性失眠(心肾不交型)临床疗效。方法:研究选取于长春中医药大学附属医院脑病门诊及疗区就诊的心肾不交型不寐证患者72例,随机分为治疗组38例、对照组34例,实验观察过程中治疗组脱落8例,对照组脱落4例。治疗组予以清心安神颗粒治疗,对照组给予百乐眠胶囊口服治疗,进行为期8周的临床疗效观察。观察治疗前后两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、中医症候积分、中医症状评分及中医临床疗效评分、多导睡眠图(部分)。结果:经临床疗效观察,治疗组能够有效降低匹兹堡睡眠指数、中医证候积分,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P0.05),中医临床症状改善方面治疗组优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,治疗组与对照组比较具有极显著的差异(P0.01)。通过多导睡眠图观察治疗效果显示,清心安神颗粒能明显改善睡眠结构、延长深睡眠时间,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:清心安神颗粒治疗心肾不交型不寐证疗效显著,尤其对深睡眠期结构的改善优势明显,从根本上解决患者的失眠困扰,临床上值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qingxin Anshen granule on primary insomnia. Methods: a total of 72 patients with heart and kidney disjoint insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 38), control group (n = 34) and treatment group (n = 8). In the control group, 4 cases were lost. The treatment group was treated with Qingxin Anshen granule and the control group was treated with Baile Mian capsule orally for 8 weeks. The Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PQI), TCM symptom score, TCM symptom score, TCM Clinical efficacy score and polysomnography were observed before and after treatment. Results: after clinical observation, the treatment group can effectively reduce Pittsburgh sleep index, TCM syndrome score, the treatment group is better than the control group P0.05, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33. There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.01). The results of polysomnography showed that Qingxin Anshen granule could obviously improve the sleep structure and prolong the time of deep sleep, and the difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Qingxin Anshen granule has obvious curative effect on the syndrome of heart and kidney disjoint insomnia, especially on the improvement of the structure of deep sleep. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
