自拟黄地助育汤用于男性少精弱精症治疗的临床研究

【摘要】：目的以150例少精弱精症男性患者作为研究对象,探究对患者采用自拟黄地助育汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法本研究选我院治疗的150例少精弱精症男性患者作为研究对象,所有受试患者均采用自拟黄地助育汤进行治疗,采用自身对照法探究分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果少精症患者的治疗总有效率为90.3%(28/31);弱精症患者的治疗总有效率为90.6%(58/64);少弱精症患者的治疗总有效率为87.3%(48/55)。且在患者治疗期间,仅12例患者出现轻微的胃肠道不适反应,不影响患者的后续用药治疗。结论对男性少精弱精症患者采用自拟黄地助育汤进行治疗其临床效果显著,能显著改善患者的精子质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huangdi Zhuyu decoction on 150 cases of oligozoospermia male patients. Methods 150 cases of oligozoospermia male patients were selected as the research object. All the patients were treated with Huangdi Zhuyu decoction, and the clinical effect of the patients was analyzed by self-control method. Results the total effective rate of oligozoospermia was 90.33 / 28 / 31, that of asthenospermia was 90.6 / 58 / 64 / 64, and that of oligospermia was 87.3 / 55 / 55. During the course of treatment, only 12 patients had mild gastrointestinal discomfort, which did not affect the follow-up drug therapy. Conclusion it is effective to treat male oligozoospermia and asthenospermia with Huangdi Zhuyu decoction, which can improve the quality of spermatozoa.
