基于数据挖掘技术的毛德西教授治疗痞满用药规律研究

【摘要】:目的:运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.0.1)软件,对毛德西教授治疗痞满的门诊处方进行数据挖掘,分析毛德西教授治疗痞满用药规律,完善名老中医经验总结,为临床治疗痞满提供思路与参考,促进新方的开发和名老中医思想传播。方法:收集毛德西教授在1992-2016年河南省中医院(河南中医药大学第二附属医院)门诊治疗痞满的门诊处方,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.0.1),采用该系统软件集成的关联规则分析、熵聚类、改进的互信息法及层次聚类分析等方法进行数据挖掘,对毛德西教授治疗痞满药物使用频次、药物关联度分析后,初步得出核心组合、备选新处方。结果:使用软件中的层次聚类分析等方法对毛德西教授于河南省中医院门诊治疗痞满的909个处方进行分析,得出了以下结果:1.所有常用药物中按出现频次从高到低排序,排在前20的药物分别是:生甘草、砂仁、清半夏、藿香、佩兰、黄连、吴茱萸、代代花、陈皮、谷芽、生麦芽、党参、鸡矢藤、黄芩、厚朴花、干姜、生白术、柴胡、茯苓、浙贝母。2.常用的10个药对组合:(1)炒麦芽、生麦芽;(2)黄连、吴茱萸;(3)炒麦芽、谷芽;(4)刀豆子、生麦芽;(5)生山药、炒山楂;(6)柴胡、清半夏;(7)生山药、肉豆蔻;(8)生薏苡仁、炒薏苡仁;(9)藿香、佩兰;(10)厚朴花、代代花。3.三味药组合:(1)砂仁、黄连、生甘草;(2)清半夏、砂仁、生甘草;(3)生薏苡仁、厚朴花、白菊花;(4)吴茱萸、砂仁、生甘草;(5)砂仁、藿香、生甘草;(6)砂仁、黄芩、麦冬;(7)清半夏、黄连、生甘草;(8)吴茱萸、黄连、生甘草;(9)清半夏、吴茱萸、生甘草;(10)清半夏、藿香、生甘草;(11)佩兰、藿香、生甘草;(12)清半夏、砂仁、黄连;(13)吴茱萸、砂仁、黄连;(14)清半夏、砂仁、藿香;(15)佩兰、砂仁、藿香。4.新方组合:(1)海螵蛸、煅瓦楞子、浙贝母、赤芍、炒杏仁;(2)谷芽、生山药、生麦芽、稻芽;(3)茯神、石菖蒲、炒枣仁、炙远志;(4)檀香、炒乌药、百合、川楝子;(5)枸杞、白菊花、茺蔚子、密蒙花;(6)黄芩、黄连、陈皮、吴茱萸、柴胡;(7)生白术、决明子、火麻仁、杜仲叶、郁李仁;(8)白扁豆、生山药、莲子、肉豆蔻;(9)黄芪、炒白芍、桂枝、炙黄芪;(10)玉竹、蔓荆子、牵牛子、白芷、冬瓜皮;(11)炒白芍、柴胡、炙黄芪、炒枳壳;(12)元胡、五灵脂、香附、橘络;(13)夜交藤、肉桂、夏枯草、知母;(14)玄参、生牡蛎、橘络、半枝莲;(15)莲子心、小麦、牡丹皮、竹叶、地骨皮;(16)小麦、牡丹皮、栀子、益母草;(17)丹参、玫瑰花、灵芝、益母草;(18)黄芩、藿香、茯苓、干姜、党参、清半夏;(19)藿香、佩兰、茯苓、干姜、党参、清半夏。结论:通过本课题的研究,得出以下结论:1.毛德西教授在治疗痞满方面有丰富的经验,值得不断挖掘,对临床治疗痞满水平的提高有很高的指导价值。2.通过对毛德西教授治疗痞满的处方进行分析,得出毛德西教授治疗痞满,主要以芳香化浊、清热燥湿、健脾和胃、行气解郁等类方药为主。数据挖掘结果符合毛老用药特点。3.基于中医传承辅助系统的数据挖掘技术与人工收集整理相结合,有利于名老中医临床经验的总结。4.通过数据挖掘得出的核心组合和新处方,为临床和基础研究提供了重要的依据,有利于名老中医学术思想与临床经验的传播。
[Abstract]:Objective: to use the software of traditional Chinese medicine (V2.0.1) to carry out data mining of Professor Mao Dexi's outpatient prescription in the treatment of ruffian fullness, analyze professor Mao Dexi's rule of treating ruffian full medicine, perfect the experience of traditional Chinese medicine, provide ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of ruffian full, and promote the development of new prescription and the spread of the thought of old Chinese medicine. Method: collection of methods: Professor Mao Dexi, in the outpatient clinic of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine (Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan), received the outpatient prescription in the outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine (Second Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine), and entered the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system (V2.0.1). It used the system software integration association rules analysis, entropy clustering, improved mutual information method and hierarchical clustering analysis to carry out data mining, to the Mao. Professor Desi treated the use frequency of ruffian full medicine, after the analysis of drug correlation, initially obtained the core combination and prepared a new prescription. Results: the 909 prescriptions of Professor Mao Dexi in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient treatment were analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis. The following results were obtained: 1. all of the commonly used drugs were produced. Frequency from high to low ranking, ranked in the top 20 drugs are: Glycyrrhiza, Amomum, Pinellia ternata, Perrin, Coptis, Wu Zhuyu, Wu Zhuyu, flower, orange, valley buds, raw malt, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Scutellariae, Magnolia officinalis, dried ginger, Rhizoma Atractylodes, bupleurum, Poria, and Fritillaria.2. commonly used in combination: (1) fry malt, malt; (2) Coptis, Wu Zhuyu; (3); (3); (2) (2) Huanglian, Wu Zhuyu; (3); (2) Huanglian, (3); (2) Huanglian; (3); (2) Huanglian, and (3); (3) Huanglian; (2) Huanglian, (3); (2) Huanglian; (3); 3; (2) Huanglian; (3); 3; (2) Coptis, 3; (2) Huanglian; (3); (3) Coptis; 3; (2) Huanglian; (3); 3; (2) Coptis; 3; (3); (2) Huanglian; (3); 3; (2) Huanglian; (3); 3; (2) Huanglian; 3; (3); (2) Huanglian; 3; (3); (2) Huanglian; 3 ) stir fry malt, valley buds; (4) knife bean, raw malt; (5) raw yam, stir fried hawthorn; (6) bupleurum, nutmeg; (7) birth yam, nutmeg; (8) raw coix seed, fried coix seed; (9) Perrin; (10) magnolia,.3. three medicine combination: (1) Amomum, Rhizoma Coriolis, licorice; (3) raw coix seed, Magnolia, white chrysanthemum; (4) Wu Zhu (5) Amomum, Herba Amomum, patchouli, licorice; (6) Amomum, Radix Scutellariae, Ophiopogon; (7) white summer, Rhizoma Coptidis, licorice; (8) Wu Zhuyu, Rhizoma Coptidis, licorice; (9) summer, Wu Zhuyu, licorice; (10) white summer, patchouli, licorice; (11) Perrin, patchouli, licorice; (12) clear half summer, Amomum villosa, Coptis; (13) Wu Zhuyu, Amomum kernel and Coptis; (14) (14) (14) Qing Banxia, sand, sand (15) Perrin, Amomum benevolence, patchouli new combination: (1) sea cuttlebone, calcined corrugated, Fritillaria, Radix Paeoniae, fried almond; (2) Valley buds, raw yam, malt, rice buds; (3) portramus, fry jujube kernel, Radix Polygala; (4) sandalwood, fried Ukraine, Lily, Kawa Ko; (5) wolfberry, white chrysanthemum, chrysanthemum, mommeng flower; (6) Scutellaria, Coptis, tangerine, Chen peel, Wu Zhuyu, bupleurum Bupleurum; (7) Chinese Atractylodes, cassia seed, fire hemp, Eucommia leaves, Yu Li Ren; (8) Bai Biandou, yam, lotus seed, nutmeg; (9) Astragalus membranaceus, fried white peony root, cinnamon branch, radix astragalus; (10) yumanzhu, vine seed, angelica dahuricum, winter melon skin; (11) stir fried white peony root, wood, Radix Astragalus, fry orange; (12) Yuhu, five Ling fat, Xiang Fu, tangerine, tangerine, Anemarrhena (14) metaphysics (15) lotus seed heart, wheat, peony skin, bamboo leaf, bamboo leaf, ground bone; (16) wheat, peony skin, gardenia, Leonurus; (17) salvia, rose, ganoderma, Leonurus; (18) Scutellaria, patchouli, tuckahoe, dried ginger, Radix Codonopsis, Pinellia ternata; (19) patchouli, Perrin, tuckahoe, dry ginger, dangshen, Qing Banxia. Conclusion: 1. professor Mao Dexi has rich experience in the treatment of ruffian fullness. It is worthy of continuous excavation, and has a high guiding value for the improvement of the level of the fullness of the ruffian. Through the analysis of the prescription of Professor Mao Dexi's treatment of the fullness of the ruffian, Professor Mao Dexi draws the conclusion that Professor Mao Dexi is treating the fullness of the ruffian, mainly with aromatic turbidity, heat and damp, spleen and stomach, and qi stagnation. The result of data mining is in line with the characteristics of.3., which is based on the data mining technology of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system and the manual collection and collation. It is beneficial to the summary of the core combination and the new prescription of.4. through data mining, which provides an important basis for the bed and basic research, which is beneficial to the bed and basic research. Dissemination of academic thinking and clinical experience of famous old Chinese medicine.
