基于云技术、物联网的中医起居运动养生法在老年高血压患者中的应用研究

【摘要】:[研究目的]1.探索中医护理技术对老年高血压患者血压控制的有效方法;2.促进云技术、物联网技术在疾病防治中的应用;3.促进中医护理技术在老年慢性疾病中的推广应用;4.为形成中医护理技术与云技术、物联网技术技术相结合在慢性疾病健康管理的应用奠定基础。[研究方法]1.回顾性研究:借助国家高血压防治指南、文献查询及张先庚教授近十年中医护理研究成果,根据老年高血压患者的特点及需求,针对性地制定了符合社区高血压老人运动需要的运动养生方案。2.实验性研究:随机选取某老年院符合标准的对象80例,随机分为对照组、运动组。运用基于云技术、物联网的起居运动养生法进行干预,时间为6个月。干预前、中、后采用MUNSH、SF-36、SCL-90等量表以及血压、BMI、餐后2h血糖等进行评估,从而客观评价干预效果。[研究结果]1.软件开发:云技术、物联网操作平台基本建立。2.实验性研究:两组在一般资料、量表评分、血压、BMI及餐后2h血糖等方面差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。干预后,两组在MUNSH、SF-36(社会功能除外)及SCL-90的总分及各维度评分、.收缩压等上比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);重复测量组间SCL-90除躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑等维度评分外,总分及其他维度评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SF-36比较中RP、BP、 RE、MH等维度评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05):运动组的BMI值较对照组趋于稳定,运动组的舒张压及餐后2h血糖值保持下降趋势(P0.05)。[研究结论]1.基于云技术、物联网的老人健康监测服务平台的高血压板块基本建立。2.基于云技术、物联网的中医起居运动养生法能有效控制血压、BMI及餐后2h血糖等。3.通过运用基于云技术、物联网的中医起居运动养生法,能有效提高老年高血压人群的主观幸福度与生活质量,改善其的躯体不良症状,减轻抑郁、焦虑等精神症状,缓解紧张人际关系,促进高血压老人们的身心健康,长期的干预可明显提高老人们的健康水平。
[Abstract]:[objective] 1. To explore the effective method of blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing technique. Promote cloud technology, Internet of things technology in disease prevention and treatment applications. To promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in senile chronic diseases. It lays a foundation for the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology, cloud technology and Internet of things technology in the health management of chronic diseases. [research methods] 1. Retrospective study: according to the characteristics and needs of elderly patients with hypertension, with the help of the National guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of Hypertension, the literature inquiry and the achievements of Professor Zhang Xiangui in the past ten years in TCM nursing research, In order to meet the needs of the elderly with hypertension community sports health program. 2. 2. Experimental study: 80 subjects in a geriatric hospital were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. The method of daily exercise based on cloud technology and Internet of things was used to intervene for 6 months. Before, during and after intervention, MUNSHG SF-36 SCL-90 scale, blood pressure BMIand 2 h postprandial blood glucose were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. [research results] 1. Software development: cloud technology, Internet of things operating platform basic establishment. 2. Experimental study: there were no significant differences in general data, scale score, blood pressure and BMI and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups. After intervention, the total scores and dimensions of MUNSHU SF-36 (excluding social function) and SCL-90 were evaluated. There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP) between the two groups (P 0.05), and the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were the main dimensions of SCL-90 in the repeated measurement group. There were significant differences in total score and other dimension scores between RP0. 05 and RP0. 05 in SF-36. The BMI values of exercise group tended to be stable than those of control group, diastolic blood pressure and 2 h postprandial blood glucose value of exercise group kept decreasing trend (P 0. 05). [conclusion of the study] 1. Based on cloud technology, the Internet of things for the elderly health monitoring service platform of hypertension plate is basically established. 2. 2. Based on cloud technology, Internet of things can effectively control blood pressure BMI and 2 h postprandial blood sugar. By using cloud technology and Internet of things, traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the subjective happiness and quality of life of elderly people with hypertension, improve their physical adverse symptoms, reduce depression, anxiety and other mental symptoms. The long-term intervention can obviously improve the health level of the elderly with high blood pressure by relieving the tense interpersonal relationship and promoting their physical and mental health.
