隔药灸脐法治疗子宫肌瘤（血瘀型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察隔药灸脐法治疗子宫肌瘤(血瘀型)的临床疗效,探讨其治疗子宫肌瘤的机理,为临床治疗子宫肌瘤提供新的思路和有效的方法。方法:筛选40例符合中西医诊断标准的子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用隔药灸脐法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。每个月经周期为一个疗程,共治疗三个疗程。比较治疗前后患者的子宫肌瘤病症状体征量化积分及肌瘤体积的变化。结果:1.两组临床疗效比较:治疗组临床疗效总有效率95%;对照组临床疗效总有效率90%。两组临床疗效比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。2.两组症状体征量化积分比较:治疗后两组患者症状体征量化积分明显降低(P0.01),两组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。3.两组肌瘤体积变化比较:治疗后两组患者肌瘤体积明显降低(P0.01),两组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:隔药灸脐法可明显改善子宫肌瘤患者的症状及体征,明显缩小子宫肌瘤的体积,是治疗子宫肌瘤的一种安全、简便、绿色、有效的方法,值得临床大力推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on uterine leiomyoma (blood stasis type), explore the mechanism of treating uterine myoma, and provide a new and effective method for clinical treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods: 40 cases of uterine leiomyoma according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Each menstrual cycle is a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment. To compare the quantitative score of hysteromyomatosis symptom and sign and the change of myoma volume before and after treatment. The result is 1: 1. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the total effective rate was 95 in the treatment group and 90 in the control group. There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups. Comparison of the quantitative score of symptoms and signs between the two groups: after treatment, the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Comparison of the changes of myoma volume between the two groups: after treatment, the volume of myoma in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: moxibustion with umbilical moxibustion can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients with uterine leiomyoma and obviously reduce the volume of uterine leiomyoma. It is a safe, simple, green and effective method for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
