藏医药对糖尿病视网膜病变的认识与新药发现策略

【摘要】：糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR),是糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)最常见的并发症之一,已经成为DM患者致盲的主要原因之一,患病率随着DM病程的增加而增加,早期防治尤为关键。DM("京尼萨库病")作为藏医药临床治疗的特色优势病种之一,藏医药对DM及DR有着独特的医学认识和丰富的临床实践,从饮食起居到药物治疗提出了较为完善的预防手段和治疗措施。文章论述了藏医药对DM及DR的认识和防治,挖掘藏医古籍文献及临床中治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的常用藏药,特别是综述了现代医学对其中重要的DR治疗药物(小檗皮)研究进展,以期为下一步的DR治疗新药发现提供思路。
[Abstract]:Diabetic retinopathy (DRN), one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus (DM), has become one of the main causes of blindness in DM patients, and the prevalence rate increases with the increase of the course of DM. Early prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM) and diabetes mellitus (Dr) are very important. DM1 ("Genisaku disease") is one of the characteristic and dominant diseases in Tibetan medicine. Tibetan medicine has unique medical knowledge and rich clinical practice on DM and Dr. From eating and drinking to drug treatment, the author put forward more perfect preventive measures and treatment measures. This paper discusses the knowledge and prevention of diabetes mellitus and Dr in Tibetan medicine, excavates the ancient literature of Tibetan medicine and the common Tibetan medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy in clinic. In particular, the research progress of modern medicine on Dr (berberskin), which is important in modern medicine, is reviewed in order to provide ideas for the discovery of new drugs for Dr in the next step.
