经方治疗中医外科阴证方面的研究

【摘要】：经方的运用规律是一个值得深入研究的课题,古人制定的"方"是有相应的"法"支持的,经方并非内科疾病的"专经专方"或"专病专方",中医的整体观念也提醒了临证各科之间理、法、方、药的互通性,"机-脉-证"相符,则"方"的互参互用是符合法度的。本次研究力求梳理出经方在中医外科阴证诊疗中的证型诊断、治法、选方、加减、预后情况和日常保健建议等,使之更好地运用于中医外科的临床实践。本课题以经方和中医外科阴证为研究对象,将经方运用于中医外科阴证的理论研究作为出发点,通过搜集、整理经方治疗中医外科阴证的医案作为临床资料,对符合纳入标准的医案进行整理、归纳、分析,总结运用经方指导治疗中医外科阴证的思路,学科交叉互参互用地研究经方。本文通过以上方法,在经方治疗中医外科阴证方面进行了有益的探索,论证了经方运用于中医外科阴证的理论有效性和临床实用性,为今后中医外科的临床实践提供了帮助。同时合理的解读了经方,并发现了《伤寒论》条文的一些新视角。
[Abstract]:The law of the use of the classics is a subject worthy of further study. The "square" formulated by the ancients is supported by the corresponding "law". The traditional Chinese medicine is not the "special prescription" or "special prescription" of internal diseases. The whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine also reminds the intercommunication of different branches of clinical syndrome, law, prescription and medicine, and the compatibility of "machine, vein and syndrome", then the mutual reference and mutual use of "prescription" is in accordance with the law. This study tries to sort out the syndrome type diagnosis, treatment method, prescription selection, addition and subtraction, prognosis and daily health advice of the prescription in the diagnosis and treatment of yin syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, so that it can be better used in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine surgery. This topic takes the meridian prescription and the traditional Chinese medicine surgical yin syndrome as the research object, uses the classics prescription in the traditional Chinese medicine surgery yin syndrome theory research as the starting point, through the collection, arranges the meridian prescription to treat the traditional Chinese medicine surgery yin syndrome medical case as the clinical data, This paper collates, induces and analyzes the medical records that meet the standard of inclusion, summarizes the ideas of using the prescriptions to guide the treatment of the yin syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine surgery, and studies the meridian prescriptions with cross-reference and mutual use of subjects. This article through the above method, has carried on the beneficial exploration in the meridian prescription to treat the traditional Chinese medicine surgery yin syndrome aspect, has demonstrated the theory validity and the clinical practicability which the classics prescription applies in the traditional Chinese medicine surgery yin syndrome, has provided the help for the Chinese medicine surgery clinical practice in the future. At the same time, it reasonably interprets the classics, and finds some new perspectives of the articles of febrile fever.
