人迎穴的古代文献研究

【摘要】：目的:本研究借助计算机检索及传统人工检索,旨在通过对历代古籍中记载的人迎穴相关内容进行全面归纳、总结、分析。为人迎穴的现代临床应用及科研提供理论依据。方法:选择136部古籍为研究蓝本,通过计算机及人工检索,检出人迎穴相关有用条文425条,将其归纳为穴名、归经、定位、主治、刺灸法5部分内容,并将涉及人迎穴治疗病症的条文进行二次分类,分为单穴主治和配伍主治两类,建立资料库,进行数据录入,将主治病症按照中医内科、中医外科、中医耳鼻喉科等各科病症进行分类,用频数统计方法,进行分析统计。结果:人迎穴有人迎、五会、天五会三个穴名;为足阳明胃经穴;主要采用体表标志、体表标志与骨度分寸相结合两种定位方式;人迎单穴治疗病症总共18种,涉及中医内科、中医外科、中医耳鼻喉科及其它科,人迎配伍腧穴治疗病症共计9种,涉及科别与单穴治疗病症相同;人迎操作方法历代争议较大,有可针、禁针、可灸、禁灸四中观点,并总结了针刺深度,艾灸壮数;人迎取穴体位为仰头或仰卧位;人迎取穴不当所致后果有杀人、伤人、不识人三种记载。全面梳理了有关人迎穴的文献。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study is to sum up, summarize and analyze the related contents of Renying acupoints recorded in ancient books of the past dynasties by means of computer retrieval and traditional manual retrieval. To provide theoretical basis for the modern clinical application and scientific research of Renying acupoint. Methods: 136 ancient books were selected as the study blueprint, 425 useful articles were found by computer and artificial retrieval, which were divided into five parts: the name of the point, the meridian, the location, the main treatment and the acupuncture and moxibustion. In addition, the articles relating to the treatment of symptoms at Renying acupoints are classified into two categories: single point treatment and compatible treatment. In Chinese medicine surgery, otolaryngology and other departments, there are 9 kinds of diseases treated with the combination of human welcome and combination of acupoints, which are similar to those of single points; the operating methods of human welcome have been controversial in many dynasties, with the viewpoints of needle, moxibustion, and moxibustion.
